Unlimited generations run in Relax mode on vixlens.com only and are not available via the API. Relax mode speed may vary during high-traffic periods. - What's a credit?
- Credits are consumed per generation based on model, resolution, and duration — video costs scale with the underlying compute, so a longer or higher-resolution clip costs more than a quick 480p one. A credit pack sells them at $0.01 each, and the plans for less. The exact cost is always shown before you generate.
- What is Wan 3.0 Unlimited?
- For your first 7 days on Creator or Studio, Wan 3.0 videos are free in Relax mode: every day, Creator gets up to 8 free 5-second videos at 720p or 16 at 480p, in any mix, and Studio up to 5 free 5-second videos at 1080p, 10 at 720p or 20 at 480p, in any mix, with clips up to 15 seconds ("every day" meaning any 24 hours), one job at a time (two on Studio annual). Relax runs share a queue whose speed varies with demand; your credits still buy instant runs in the priority queue at any time. It is available once per account, on vixlens.com only (not through the API). Afterwards Wan 3.0 costs credits, from 10 credits a second.
- Which plans include the marketing studio, editing studio, and social publishing?
- Creator and Studio. Both unlock the marketing studio (ad-ready images and video built from your own product and talent shots), the editing studio (trim, caption, add music, and export a finished MP4), and one-click publishing to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Starter covers generation and your gallery.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- On Creator and Studio, unused monthly credits roll over for 1 extra month. Starter credits reset each month. Annual plans are billed once a year and still receive their credits every month.
- How does annual billing work?
- Creator and Studio can be paid yearly: $240 a year for Creator (two months free) and $504 for Studio. You're charged once a year and receive the same credits every month. Starter is monthly only.
- Can I change plans anytime?
- Yes — upgrades and downgrades apply immediately from your billing settings.
- Is there a free plan?
- No — generating starts with a paid plan. Starter is $10/month for 1,000 credits (launch offer: $6/month for the first 20 Starter subscribers, locked in while they stay subscribed). The gallery is open without an account, so you can see what the models make before you subscribe. If you already had free credits, they stay valid until you use them.
